of Area88 (hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;Company&#8221;) and users (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;Users&#8221;) in connection with the use of internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;Service&#8221;) provided through the official website (https:\/\/area88ps.com\/, hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;Site&#8221;).<\/p><h3>Article 2 (Definitions)<\/h3><ol><li>&#8220;Site&#8221; refers to the virtual service platform operated by the Company using information and communication facilities to provide medical information, online consultation, appointment scheduling, and related digital services to Users.<\/li><li>&#8220;User&#8221; refers to both Members and Non-Members who access the Site and utilize the Services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.<\/li><li>&#8220;Member&#8221; refers to an individual who has provided personal information to register as a member on the Site and receives continuous service access and information from the Company.<\/li><li>&#8220;Non-Member&#8221; refers to an individual who uses the Services offered by the Site without registering as a Member.<\/li><\/ol><h3>Article 3 (Publication and Revision of Terms)<\/h3><ol><li>The Company shall post these Terms on the initial service page or footer of the Site so that Users can easily review them.<\/li><li>The Company may amend these Terms within the boundaries of applicable legislation, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection of the Republic of Korea.<\/li><li>When the Company revises these Terms, it shall specify the effective date and reasons for the amendment and publish a notice on the Site alongside the current Terms at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date.<\/li><\/ol><h3>Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)<\/h3><ol><li>The Company provides the following Services through the Site:<ul><li>Medical, aesthetic, and clinical service information.<\/li><li>Online consultation requests, appointment scheduling, and customer inquiries.<\/li><li>Informational notices sent via email, SMS, or instant messaging channels (e.g., KakaoTalk).<\/li><li>Other services designated by the Company.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Content and information provided on the Site are for general educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute formal medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users must consult a qualified physician for individual medical conditions.<\/li><\/ol><h3>Article 5 (Interruption of Service)<\/h3><ol><li>The Company may temporarily suspend Services in the event of system maintenance, equipment inspection, replacement, hardware breakdown, or telecommunications failure.<\/li><li>The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users or third parties resulting from temporary service suspensions, provided there is no willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.<\/li><\/ol><h3>Article 6 (Membership Registration)<\/h3><ol><li>Users apply for membership by filling out the registration form required by the Company and agreeing to these Terms.<\/li><li>The Company shall register applicants as Members unless the application falls under any of the following:<ul><li>The applicant submitted false, incomplete, or inaccurate information.<\/li><li>Registration poses technical difficulties to the operation and security of the Site.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol><h3>Article 7 (Membership Withdrawal and Loss of Qualification)<\/h3><ol><li>Members may request account cancellation at any time, and the Company shall process the withdrawal immediately.<\/li><li>The Company may limit, suspend, or terminate membership if a Member:<ul><li>Provided false information during registration.<\/li><li>Interferes with another person&#8217;s use of the Site or steals third-party credentials.<\/li><li>Uses the Site to engage in actions prohibited by law, these Terms, or public order and decency.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol><h3>Article 8 (Notifications to Members)<\/h3><ol><li>When issuing notifications to Members, the Company may send notices to the email address, phone number, or instant messaging details registered by the Member.<\/li><li>For notices intended for all or a large group of Members, the Company may substitute individual notifications by posting a notice on the Site&#8217;s public announcement board for at least seven (7) days.<\/li><\/ol><h3>Article 9 (Privacy and Data Protection)<\/h3><p>The Company collects the minimum personal information required to deliver Services.
